You retain ownership of any information, data, or materials you provide to us, whilst granting us the necessary licence to use such materials for the provision of our services.

6. Professional Standards and Accuracy

silvermatrix strives to provide accurate and reliable cost analysis based on current market conditions and available information. However, construction costs can vary significantly due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Market fluctuations in material and labour costs
  • Unforeseen site conditions or complications
  • Changes in building regulations or planning requirements
  • Economic conditions and supply chain disruptions

Our estimates and recommendations are professional opinions based on available information and should be used as guidance for decision-making. They should not be considered as guarantees of actual project costs.

We recommend obtaining detailed quotes from contractors and suppliers before making final project decisions, and we encourage clients to include appropriate contingencies in their project budgets.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, silvermatrix Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all defects will be corrected. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of whether the damages arise from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

8. Confidentiality

silvermatrix respects the confidential nature of client information and project details. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during our professional engagement.

We may use aggregated, anonymised data for research, market analysis, and service improvement purposes, provided that such use does not identify specific clients or projects.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the course of our professional relationship, except as required by law or with written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  • Both parties' confidentiality obligations shall survive termination
  • You must cease using any of our intellectual property or methodologies

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or fail to pay outstanding fees.

Termination of services does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

11. Changes to Terms

silvermatrix reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of our services.

For existing service agreements, changes to terms will not affect the specific terms of those agreements unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
